Eli Arballo

I knew a 4-year college was not an option for me, so immediately after high school, I pursued a career in HVAC-R. While in trade school in Pheonix, I landed a job at one of the only four companies in Arizona that worked on supermarkets/grocery stores. Being the youngest employee, I was always scheduled on the A/C jobs because all the refrigeration techs felt that being on a roof, working/installing A/C units was beneath them. I quickly advanced in the field, both in commercial & residential arenas. After six years of working in Pheonix & Northern Arizona on the Navajo Nation, I moved back to Tucson, where I met and married the love of my life, Lissette. We started our family in the Old Pueblo.

Although refrigeration is a great paying job, I always worked installing A/C units on the side to make ends meet after having our first child and becoming a single income family. As side jobs increased, we made the decision in 2006 to acquire the necessary ROC requirements to hold dual residential and commercial ROC licenses. This allowed our customers to take full advantage of all manufacturers warranties, rebates and other write-offs for small businesses. It has been a fantastic journey ever since!
